A small, family-run Nebraska outfit — built on managed habitat, personal hunts, and a fair shake on every booking.

Elk Creek Outfitters is run by Randy Lieber out of Jackson, Nebraska. Our ground sits in the trophy whitetail country of the Northeast — a mix of timber, CRP, and food-plot habitat we manage year-round.
We started this operation to do hunts the way we always wished outfitters would: small groups, dedicated setups, full support in the field, real lodging on the property, and pricing you can read on the wall.
If you've ever booked a hunt and felt like a cattle call, you'll feel the difference here on day one.

Newly built. Upgraded amenities.
Our newest on-property cabin comfortably sleeps four — two in a loft area, two on the main floor. Outside, a covered cooking shelter with a gas flat-top, gas grill, and firepit gives you a proper camp atmosphere after a day in the field.
The Premium Lodge is the upgrade tier for whitetail hunts (+$100/hunter/day) and is included with our all-inclusive pheasant package.

The Camp Lodge gives larger groups a private home base — two bedrooms, full kitchen, walk-in shower, and a wood-burning stove for that classic hunt-camp feel.
The property also has an on-site pond stocked with crappie, catfish, and bluegill — a real bonus for mid-day downtime during turkey or summer scouting trips.
Values we won't negotiate on.
One Group Per Lodge
We don't share lodges between unrelated groups unless you specifically ask. Your party gets the place to itself.

Every package and rate on this site is the package and rate. Deposit secures dates, balance due before arrival.
